How to Feel Energetic All Day





                   People who are healthy can feel energetic by making some changes in exercise, diet and lifestyle. Here are some tips to improve your energy level.

1. Drink more water

Keep yourself hydrated by drinking water throughout the day. It is an important way to avoid fatigue.
If you are an adult male then about three litres per day of water intake is recommended.

 If you are an adult female then just two litres per day of water intake is recommended.

When you do the exercise you lose water through your sweat, so make sure to drink more water on top of your recommended daily intake.

2.Herbal teas and supplements

There are many herbal teas and supplements are available to help you be more energetic. Always speak with your doctor before taking these, especially if you are taking other medications.

Vitamin B-12 may help to improve your energy if you have a deficiency. If you are not getting enough vitamin B from your food, you can take a supplement.
Siberian ginseng helps to increase your energy and stamina.
Green tea also helps you to be energetic.


3. Do exercise daily

Do exercises on a daily basis to feel energetic every day. Even some simple exercise such as simply walking around can give you a boost and get you feeling more energetic.

4. Listen to music

Listen to music while exercising can help you to feel energetic.

5. Maintain a balanced diet

Always make sure that your diet is well balanced. Keep in mind the importance of whole food and include that in the diet. You should have fruits and vegetables more. Make sure to avoid processed foods. Never avoid breakfast. Don't overeat.
Always eat the right amounts at the right times. Eating too little or too much can affect your energy. Make sure to not skip meals. And overeating can cause a spike in your blood sugar levels. Try having three meals or six small meals.

Avoid eating when you are emotional. this emotional eating contradicts a balanced diet. Instead of having food you find out other activities to relieve emotional stress.
Also, avoid nighttime eating. Always make lunch a bigger meal than dinner.
