You can easily make and drink this amazing drinks at home for weight loss.
1. Cucumber - Ginger Juice
Boil water with 1 knob of ginger for five minutes. then remove the ginger if desired.
Add 1 teaspoon of honey and allow to cool.
Add few slice of cucumber And drink it.
2. Ginger Root Drink
Water- 8 glass
Grated ginger root- 1 tablespoon
Fresh cucumber- 1 peeled and cut
Lemon- 1
Mix these all in a jar at night before consumption and consume the following day.
3. Green Tea with Ginger
Over medium - low heat, in a small saucepan combine 1 cup water and 1-inch ginger root, peeled and grated, then bring it to boil and allow to simmer for five minutes.
